Refund policy
If something goes wrong
If a payment succeeds but your full recording is unavailable, the wrong recording is delivered, or you were charged twice, contact [email protected] with your account email and receipt. Do not send full card details. We will investigate and arrange access, correction or an appropriate refund.
Digital purchases
A full recording is final and non-refundable once it is delivered. We refund only a duplicate or unauthorized charge, or a payment whose recording we cannot deliver or correct. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your location. If a payment is refunded or disputed, hosted full-length access may be suspended or revoked.
