If something goes wrong
If a payment succeeds but your full recording is unavailable, the wrong recording is delivered, or you were charged twice, contact [email protected] with your account email and receipt. Do not send full card details. We will investigate and arrange access, correction or an appropriate refund.
Digital purchases
Requests concerning an already delivered digital recording are reviewed individually. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your location. If a payment is refunded or disputed, hosted full-length access may be suspended or revoked.
